SAUSALITO CRAB DIP

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Fresh Dungeness Crab Meat
  • 1 package of leek soup mix
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 (14 oz.) can water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp. dill

Dip into the fresh flavors of the Sausalito harbor with layers of Dungeness Crab, artichoke hearts and fresh dill.

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, stir together soup mix, sour cream, lemon juice and hot sauce until well blended. Stir in Crab Meat, artichokes, cheese and dill.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Serve with your favorite artisanal crackers.
