Mollie's Rewards – Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Mollie’s Rewards Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Mollie’s Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Mollie Stone’s Markets. The Program allows members to earn rebates on qualifying purchases and redeem rewards in-store.
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
- Must enroll online prior to using number at the time of checkout.
- Mollie Stone’s Team Members are excluded from this program. Team members qualify for a 20% Team Member Discount.
2. Enrollment
- Customers must enroll in the Program online prior to checkout.
- Only one account per person/customer is allowed.
- There is no charge for the Mollie’s Rewards Rebate Program. Signup and shop (enter phone number at checkout) to earn!
- Ways to sign up: Through our website at www.molliestones.com/rewards – locate Mollie’s Rewards, or QR codes around the store to scan; must signup prior to checkout, or ask for our store management to help guide you through the signup process.

- By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Mollie Stone’s Markets reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions.
3. Earning Rewards
- Members earn rebates based on monthly spending levels with three tiers:
- Gold Tier: 1% rebate on purchases totaling $0 – $299.99
- Platinum Tier: 2% rebate on purchases totaling $300 – $499.99
- Diamond Tier: 3% rebate on purchases totaling $500 and above
- Please note: Taxes, gift card purchases, discounts, coupons, and other specified items may not count towards the contribution of rewards points. Rewards are issued on the net value of the receipt.
- Purchases must be made in-store to qualify. Certain items may be excluded from qualifying purchases as specified by Mollie Stone’s Markets.
- Rebates are calculated on a monthly rolling basis (Jan, Feb, March, April, May, June, etc).
- Twice a year (During the months of January and July) members will receive a store credit voucher, sent in the mail, to the address on file that includes 1%, 2% or 3% back in Mollie’s Rewards Dollars on qualifying purchases for each monthly spend.
- Once the Diamond Tier ($500+) has been reached, all purchases for that month, going back to the first dollar ($1) will be rewarded at the 3% rate.
4. Signup Bonus
- For a limited time, new members will receive a $20 signup bonus to use on their next purchase of $20 or more.
- The $20 signup bonus must be used on a purchase over $20 on the next shop after signing up.
- The signup bonus will be applied automatically when the member/ customer enters a phone number at checkout.
- The signup bonus cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
5. Redeeming Rewards
- Rewards dollars may be redeemed in the form of paper store credits for use on in-store purchases.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold.
- Any amount not used from the store credit voucher (ie. July) will reset to zero the day before the next voucher (ie. Jan) gets mailed out.
- Rewards are subject to verification by Mollie Stone’s Markets. Fraud or abuse of the Program may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of rewards.
- Members must have a minimum of $10 worth of Mollie’s Rewards Dollars in their rewards account to qualify for a Mollie’s Rewards credit voucher.
6. Program Modifications
- Mollie Stone’s Markets reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including changing the rebate structure, eligibility requirements, an terms of enrollment, at any time with or without prior notice.
- Any changes to the Program will be communicated via the Terms and Conditions. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
7. Privacy Policy
- By enrolling in the Program, members consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information in accordance with Mollie Stone’s Markets’ Privacy Policy.
- Data Integrity: Mollie Stone’s Markets will never sell or monetize a Rewards Member’s sales information or personal information to 3rd parties. We are committed to safeguarding your data and do everything possible to protect, maintain, and encrypt customer data and information.
- Personal information collected will be used solely to administer the Program, communicate rewards, and provide personalized offers.
- We respect your privacy and our promise is as follows:
- No Selling or Sharing – Your information will never be sold or shared with anyone. It’s solely for the “Mollie’s Rewards” Program.
- Only to Save You Money – We only use your information to offer discounts and benefits through the “Mollie’s Rewards” Program.
8. Account Termination
- Members may cancel their Program membership at any time by contacting Mollie Stone’s Markets’ Customer Service by emailing us at rewards@molliestones.com.
- Mollie Stone’s Markets reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member’s participation in the Program for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Mollie Stone’s Markets is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the administration of the Program, including but not limited to the calculation of rewards or issuance of rewards.
- By participating in the Program, members waive any and all claims against Mollie Stone’s Markets relating to the Program, except where prohibited by law.
10. Marketing
- By selecting “Yes, I would like to receive emails for exclusive offers, coupons and specials.” you will be included in all Mollie Stone’s Markets e-mail marketing materials.

- Customers who choose to opt out of promotional marketing and special deals may do so by contacting rewards@molliestones.com.
